Arlon Series 33MD Film for Screen Printing
Arlon Motorcycle Decal Series 33MD vinyl film is an intermediate 2.4-mil clear gloss, high-tensile, polyvinyl chloride film with permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed for applications that must withstand high temperatures and gasoline, Arlon’s Motorcycle Decal vinyl film is made of 100% polymeric face stock with a special formulated adhesive system. The vinyl is supplied on a lay-flat liner, and can be used for screen printing, digital inkjet printing, and die-cutting decal applications on flat or lightly curved and contoured surfaces. Applications must be performed according to Arlon recommendations. This film is rated for outdoor durability up to 5 years (unprinted). Printed durability is dependent on the ink system used.
